Terms of service
Last updated: 27 July 2026
These terms govern use of the quarri.ai website and the Quarri platform, operated by Quarri AI Inc ("Quarri", "we"). Platform customers are additionally governed by their signed customer agreement; where the two differ, the customer agreement wins.
1. The service
Quarri provides a governed data platform that connects to a customer's existing systems, structures and reconciles their operational data, and makes it available for analysis, dashboards, automation and AI-assisted querying. Service scope, connected sources, fees and service levels are set out in each customer agreement and the published pricing.
2. Accounts
Platform access requires an account provisioned under a customer agreement. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that present a security risk while we investigate.
3. Customer data
Customers retain all rights in the data they connect to the platform. We process it only to provide the service, under the customer agreement and our privacy policy. Customer data is never used to train AI models. At termination, customer data is returned or deleted per the customer agreement.
4. Acceptable use
- No attempting to access another customer's data or probe the platform's isolation.
- No reverse engineering, reselling or benchmarking-for-publication without written consent.
- No uploading of data you have no right to process, or of personal data outside the agreed data scope.
- No use that breaks applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
Quarri retains all rights in the platform, its software, models, documentation and branding. Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for their internal business during the term of their agreement.
6. AI outputs
Deterministic pipeline outputs (reconciliations, conversions, scheduled reports) are computed by encoded logic. AI-generated analysis and natural-language answers are produced with the assistance of large language models and should be reviewed before being relied on for material decisions. Quarri does not provide financial, legal or investment advice.
7. Warranties and liability
The website is provided "as is". For platform customers, warranties, service levels and each party's liability caps are set out in the customer agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Customers' termination rights are in their customer agreement.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed customer agreement specifies otherwise.
