Privacy notice
Last updated: 28 July 2026
Quarri AI Inc runs this site and the Quarri platform. This notice says what we collect, why, and how to stop it. It is short on purpose.
The short version
- We use analytics on this website to see which pages are useful. You can decline, and there is a link in the footer to change your mind later.
- If you book a demo we keep your name, work email and company so we can talk to you.
- Customer operational data on the platform is yours. We process it on your instructions, it sits in a database of your own, and it is never used to train AI models.
- We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
What we collect on this website
Standard technical data every web server sees: IP address, browser and device type, referring page and the pages you visit. On top of that, if you accept analytics, we use four tools.
- Microsoft Clarity for aggregate behaviour. It records how far people scroll, where they click and where they get stuck. Session replay is enabled, and text typed into any field is masked before it leaves your browser, so we cannot see what you entered.
- HubSpot for contact and marketing analytics. If you arrive from one of our emails, HubSpot links that visit to your record so we can tell which content is worth writing more of.
- Google Analytics for traffic and sources: how many people arrive, where from, and which pages they read. We run it with IP anonymisation on and Google advertising signals off, so it is not feeding an ad profile.
- Apollo for company-level visitor identification. It matches the IP address of a visit to the organisation it belongs to, so our sales team can see that a company in our market looked at the site. It identifies the organisation, not the person. We do not use it to name individuals, and it is off entirely if you decline.
They set first-party cookies. None of them runs if you decline, and declining clears anything already set.
What we collect when you get in touch
Name, work email, company and role when you book a demo or email us, plus whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to run the conversation, and to send occasional product updates if you have agreed to those. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works.
Customer data on the platform
The operational data our customers connect, such as loads, tallies, invoices and inventory, is processed on that customer's instructions under their agreement. It sits in a database isolated to them, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2 or better, hosted in the US or EU region they choose. Quarri does not store personally identifiable or protected health information as part of the platform's data scope. It is never used to train models, ours or anyone else's. Full detail is on the security page.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run the product: AWS for cloud infrastructure, our certified data platform provider, HubSpot for CRM and scheduling, Microsoft for Clarity analytics, Google for Analytics, Apollo for visitor identification, and Anthropic for AI reasoning under enterprise terms that exclude training on customer data. Each is bound by contract. We do not share your data with anyone else and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Contact records for as long as we have a relationship, and afterwards where the law requires. Website analytics for up to fourteen months. Customer platform data per the customer agreement, then returned or deleted.
Your choices
- Analytics. Decline on the notice, or reopen cookie preferences at any time to change your answer.
- Marketing email. Unsubscribe from any message, or email us and we will do it for you.
- Access, correction and deletion. Email us and we will action it. No account required and no charge.
If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, the rights above are yours by statute and we will not treat you differently for using them. If you are in the UK or EU, the GDPR applies to your data regardless of where we are incorporated. Our lawful basis is your consent for marketing analytics and our legitimate interest for correspondence you have started, and you may complain to your supervisory authority.
Children
This is a business product. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
Any change appears here with a new date. If it materially affects customer data we will tell customers directly rather than relying on you noticing.
