How to reach us

Email theo@quarri.ai. Say which organisation you are in, what you were trying to do and roughly when it happened. A screenshot or the exact error message saves a round of questions.

Using Quarri from Claude or ChatGPT

Quarri connects to your AI app at https://app.quarri.ai/mcp, and you sign in with your Quarri account the first time. If the connection stops working, disconnect Quarri in the app's settings and connect again, which refreshes the sign-in. If that does not fix it, email us with the app you are using.

Accounts and data

To add or remove users, export your data or close your account, email us from an address on your account so we can confirm the request is yours.
